Dress is an Indonesian batik number, bought by my mom. Shoes are U.S. crocs (probably made elsewhere though?), bought by Denise’s mom and accented with hand-tied bows. Model is half Chinese and half Caucasian. The epitome of Asian fusion?
An Indonesian in Mississippi. Not as catchy as "An Englishman in New York"

I would just like to note that those are NOT the shoes she was wearing when we left the house. She had proper church shoes on.
Hey brother-in-law! That is such a great picture. Of course, most beautiful model ever + great photographer pretty much guarantees that.
The dress and shoes are both cute but that sweet little face is the best. Sofia is getting so big, I can’t believe how much she’s grown every time I see her. Hugs to all, can’t wait to see y’all again.
And the blog is wonderful!
Noted! I should’ve mentioned it in the post
Hey Dawn,
Thanks for the compliments all around! Hopefully we’ll make it back in town sooner rather than later.
