Thanks to Scott for doing a bit of intel work for us. Either by tapping his Chinese connections or by going behind enemy lines himself, he’s managed to acquire a copy of Ding How’s dim sum menu, which he then graciously shared with us. I’m posting it after the jump (click the link to see the rest of the post and the menu). If anybody from Ding How has a problem with the menu being online, let me know and I’ll take it down. Personally, I wouldn’t turn down free publicity, but that’s just me. Anyway, hit up the menu and start salivating. The debut of dim sum in Jackson is only 5 days away!

Looks delicious!!! There better be an epic post after you go. Go early since it’s the while supplies last variety like KDS.
Oh, you know it, dawg. I joked to Scott that we should be there 10 minutes early and loiter to look like serious dim sum nutcases. We’re not gonna do that, but it’ll be close–we plan to be there at 11. Definitely aiming to beat the rush.
Something just doesn’t seem right here, full fledged dim sum in Jackson? Regardless, it’s definitely worth a look. By the way, if you’re looking for another dim sum option, the Golden Dragon in Madison will make most of the typical dim sum dishes to order.
I wondered if you’d make your way over here. When I was Google-ing dim sum in Jackson I found your site again
I’d guess dim sum in Houston would be better than in Jackson, but we haven’t tried the Jackson version yet. Then again I’ve been wrong about the theoretical Jackson-vs-other-city relative quality of food, as Jackson has just as good if not better sushi than many places in D.C. I’ll be posting a follow up after we go to Ding How today, but unless it’s totally awful (which I doubt it will be) it’ll be a nice addition to the Jackson food scene.
[...] before people could dig in. For (reasonably) accurate counts of each item type, refer to the dim sum menu. Here’s what we had: "Sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf with chicken and [...]
