Or more to the point, Google Translate doesn&#039;t know what it&#039;s talking about :)  It said &quot;tripa&quot; means &quot;intestine&quot; or &quot;gut&quot;.  Must be that &quot;gut&quot; = &quot;stomach&quot;, a.k.a. tripe, which is what I originally thought &quot;tripa&quot; meant until I let Google lead me astray.  Guess I should&#039;ve gone with my gut then &lt;em&gt;[*groan*]&lt;/em&gt;.

I actually tried to get some cow tongue tacos on our first trip, but they didn&#039;t have them that day.  I&#039;ll try to get them again next time we visit.</description>
